OHCHR releases study on disability rights and climate change

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights recently released an analytical study on the promotion and protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in the context of climate change. The study, also produced in an accessible easy to read format, examined the impact of climate change on persons with disabilities, as well as the responsibilities of states and other actors. It concludes with examples of good practices, and concrete recommendations for fulfilling human rights obligations. The report can be read here.
