Francisco J. Bariffi

Born in Santa Rosa, Argentina in 1974, Francisco J. Bariffi holds a Doctor in International Human Rights Law (PhD) from the University Carlos III of Madrid, Spain. He is Deputy Director of the Center on Human Rights Research and Education, National University of Mar del Plata. In addition, he is also the Academic Coordinator of the Ibero-American Network of Experts on the UN Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (www.redcdpd.net), and Assistant Professor in the course of International Law and Constitutional Theory, National University of Mar del Plata. He is a Certified Senior Researcher on the National Commission on University Evaluation and Certification (CONEAU) in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
